Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our business! Because each item is made specifically for you, we have a few important policies regarding returns and refunds.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized items are final sale. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Order Accuracy

Please review all order details carefully before placing your order, including:

  • Spelling and personalization
  • Sizes, colors, and design choices
  • Shipping address

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, materials and production may already be in progress.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued in cases of:

  • Verified defects
  • Errors made on our end

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
